As a critical member of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent employment position (NOT contract work).
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, telemarketing, OR other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you have been SUCCESSFUL in a role where you had to make outbound prospecting calls.
Make outbound prospecting calls (100+ daily) to qualify leads and set sales appointments.
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.
Research prospects to tailor outreach and provide relevant information to the team.
Confirm and coordinate appointments for senior sales consultants.
Enter and maintain accurate lead and prospect data in the CRM system.
Overcome objections and communicate persuasively to build trust with prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Support sales efforts by providing research and materials as needed.
Experience: Proven success in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
