qnectU is a local MSP (Managed Service Provider) specializing in Cybersecurity and Compliance, and we are looking to expand. We are growing quickly and looking for great people to join our team and advance within the company. We currently need a Tier-1 Technical Support Representative who has amazing customer service skills and loves to work directly with end users.
Our team takes pride in our excellent service and dedication to our clients. We provide remote, phone, and on-site support to our clients who we know by name and treat us as part of their team. We have a relaxed office environment and understand that our job is to empower and support our team so that our team can provide the best service to our clients.
Working for an MSP is a great place to learn and gain experience.
