Who We Are:

qnectU IT Services is a strategic technology solution provider for small businesses. We are currently in need of a CRM Assistant and Quality Control Analyst to assist our sales and marketing team.

Role Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will be working remotely for our company, which is based in the US (Salt Lake City, Utah). You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as data entry, quality assurance, and CRM management.

The work hours for this position during the training period will be 10:00 PM-7:00 AM, Monday to Friday (UTC+8). This will match our business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time (UTC-6 during Daylight Savings Time). Once the training period is complete, you may adjust your schedule (if desired) to work an 8-hour day when you wish as long as you can attend a daily check-in with your manager. Initially, you will be paid on a weekly basis, and after completing your training period, you will be paid twice a month on the 5th and 20th via Payoneer.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and a strong work ethic. You are required to be familiar with Microsoft applications such as Spreadsheets, Teams, and Outlook. It is preferred, but not required, that you are familiar with our CRM software GoHighLevel, and our lead generation software Seamless.ai.

What You'll Be Doing:

Daily duties will include listening to calls and scoring them for quality, entering data from our CRM into spreadsheets, processing CRM notifications, cleaning up contact lists, and adding new contacts into the CRM.
